Rental Device
Bitte fragt vor eurem Antrag im Sekretariat an, ob zum Zeitpunkt eures Antrags Leihgeräte zur Verfügung stehen. In Ausnahmefällen kann es sein, dass alle Leihgeräte bereits verliehen sind. Ist es Studierenden auf Grund einer finanziellen Notlage nicht möglich, über einen eigenen Laptop an den Vorlesungen und Prüfungen teilzunehmen, so stellt der AStA kostenfrei Leihlaptops zur Verfügung.
You can download the forms here, print them out, and bring the filled-out form to the secretariat. Upon presentation of this form, you can collect the laptop there. If you are unable to print the document, you can fill out the form online and bring it to the secretariat as a file. There, it can be printed and signed.
As there is only a limited number of laptops available, we cannot guarantee to provide a laptop for every student. Please contact us in advance and inform us promptly if you have obtained a laptop through other means.
CONDITION
Du musst eingeschriebener Studierender an der FH Aachen sein. Das Gerät muss stets vorzeigbar sein und darf nicht außerhalb der Bundesrepublik Deutschland mitgenommen werden.
DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION PERIOD
No rental fee or deposit is required for borrowing the devices. If you find another way to obtain a laptop, we kindly ask you to cancel in due time. This will allow other students the opportunity to borrow a laptop.
PICK-UP AND RETURN
The devices are issued at the secretariat during the opening hours:

A late return may incur a surcharge of 50 EUR. Any exceptions to this rule require an explicit agreement. The laptop must be returned in full working order and in the same condition as when accepted.
