University Elections
FH Aachen – alongside you, nearly 15,000 students study here. And everyone can have a say. Universities manage themselves, giving them the freedom to shape learning and teaching within the framework of legal requirements. Since this primarily concerns us students, we are actively involved in shaping our university. This happens through various committees that are newly elected each year during the university elections.
The next university elections will take place at the beginning of June. You can find all important information on how to run for a position or vote on the election website.

This year's university elections are being held under the slogan “€22.03 can go a long way – make your contribution count.”
Each semester, exactly €22.03 of your semester fee goes toward student self-administration. How this money is used depends on who administers it—including you!
To ensure that the money is used for things that really help you and your fellow students in your studies, we need committed students who are involved in the decision-making process. Whether it's third attempts, semester tickets, summer parties, or exam organization—here you can help shape what happens at your university.
