Refund
The semester ticket is collected under the solidarity model. There are various reasons that may entitle you to apply for a refund of the mobility contribution. Below are the possible reasons for refunds:
- Study-related stay abroad
- Late enrollment
- Exmatriculation before the end of the semester
- Disability or chronic illness
- Enrollment at multiple universities with the Germany semester ticket
- Financial hardship

PROCEDURE
Aktuell wird ein neues System für die Semesterticketrückerstattung etabliert.
1. Choose the correct form and semester (current or upcoming semester).
2. The application form opens in a new tab. Enter your personal information. If that's not possible, download the PDF and fill it out using Adobe Reader. Please ensure completeness and download the PDF before printing. All data protection-related consents must be given for the processing of the application.
Sign the application and send it with the necessary documents by email to semesterticket@asta.fh-aachen.org or by post.
